Ernest was very professional. He offered suggestions and possible needs for the future. We had a preventative maintenance done to our furnace by P.K. Wadsworth that was done a few months ago, but the furnace had "things" that were over looked or missed. These over sites caused my furnace to fail. But Ernest found the problem and corrected it.
