Some Issues
The service tech was fantastic. The issue was scheduling the appointment. First, I received a reminder and called in November and was told I couldn’t have a heating tune-up until January. I scheduled the appointment and that morning you called to tell me you had a commercial job and couldn’t make it. Been a customer a long time but now I know where I stand with your company. That appointment was rescheduled and you cancelled again but I can understand that since it was the Polar Bortex week.
