Guys show up on time, are efficient and answer all questions. Had a problem with our initial appointment for this year's prewinter service. Received voicemail indicating appointment for next day needed to be rescheduled. I called back immediately and was told the next available date was a month later. I asked if anything earlier was available and, after the person on the phone consulted with someone else, said the originally scheduled 1st appointment for the following day was going to be honored. After waiting 2 hours the following morning with no one appearing, my wife called the office and was told the appointment had been marked "hold" in their system. They then schedule an appointment for the following day and that went on schedule with the fine service we normally receive from Wadsworth.
