Ryan, the service technician, was a very amiable, engaging person. He answered all questions that I posed fully, in terms I could understand. Though he was present to check the air conditioning for efficiency of operation, he also discussed issues about my heating (furnace), which I had. He explained the billing invoice and promptly submitted (emailed) a copy to my computer. You couldn't ask for a more positive contact.
