Overall I was pleased with the work, but at the end the technician left the basement door to the garage open and also the door from the garage to outside open. A chipmunk took the opportunity to come in and neither Roberto nor I was able to tell if it went back out. A few days later Cleveland Chemical Pest Control, when making a regular call, set a trap which so far has not caught anything. The point of all this is that it would be helpful if the technicians make sure to close all doors when entering and exiting.
