My cleaning technician, John was both pleasant and very efficient. First of all, he respected my carpeting by putting shoe covers on. As he was working, he didn't mind my watching or asking questions. He patiently explained everything to me regarding the workings of my furnace. This was not just an in and out job. He not only cleaned the unit, but tested just about everything. I am very impressed with P.K. Wadsworth's service and am sure I will use them again in the future.
