I had some maintenance work done recently by Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating. I had clogged condensation drains, of which all but one were blown out. Also, when one of the drains was blown out in our attic, it caused water to go everywhere, including our ceiling and exposed sheetrock. To top it all off, the unit crashed after it was serviced. I have always used Southwest, and I am very disappointed with my experience this time around. I paid for the work to be completed, but it doesn't seem to be finished yet.
