Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating recently came out to my home to take care of a pinhole leak that was coming from the air conditioning unit. I had purchased the unit from the company and it had a minor defect in the product. It was the manufacturer's fault and not Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating. The technician finally put his hand down and accidentally found the leak. It was way down in the well of it. He even tried putting a machine on it and it took him using his hand in order to find it. It was very frustrating for him. I was very satisfied with their service. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He was very thoughtful and gave his advice to me--and that sort of thing. I enjoyed doing business with them. I am already planning to have them come back out to install a new thermostat. Everything seems so expensive now-a-days but this company's prices seem reasonable and fair. At least the unit operates inexpensively. I definitely would recommend using Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating.
