The service rep. was very thorough and friendly. He did his job without me having to WATCH him and do my work outside while the day was still coolish. I am disappointed that SW does not furnish the filer indoors free with the yearly inspections. A neighbor said their air people puts clorox in the drain. Does SW do that? I think it is a good idea. I was glad he blew out the line because there was a dead animal in it.
