Someone was suppose to get back with me with a price the same day they came and looked at my unit. I waited until 6 o'clock and not a phone call or anything to let me know. This was on 3-27-18, I got a phone call on 3-28-18 @ 3:51 telling me they could come out right then, but I had left the office early. Had I known ya'll was going to come yesterday I would have stayed. I was told Russel would be here at 8:30 this morning, showed up at 9:00. We are a very busy here at the office and I expect service when I'm told it will be done.
