Absolutely Fantastic!
Previously, I posted a review because my AC unit needed repairs. However, the repairs were going to be costly (almost $4,000) and a new system was a little bit more than that. As a result, I decided to go with a new system. Arthur, Noah and Devin came out yesterday morning, promptly at 8:30, to begin ripping out my 34 year old system, and they worked incredibly hard on getting the old out and the new installed. I work in customer service, and I truly appreciate exceptional customer service when I see it. As they all worked together, they were respectful not only to me, but one another. If something required my attention, they didn't hesitate to ask. I had a video conference call today, and after it was finished, they asked several times to ensure that I wasn't on a call or about to be on one, before they vacuumed or ran their tools. I lost count on how many times each of them answered me with "yes, sir". AC replacement is messy work, but the first thing they did is they put down a sheet to cover my floors, and multiple times, they vacuumed up any mess. Russell (one of the owners) came by a couple of times to check the progress and assist. And let me tell you, they pay every attention to detail and making sure it's right. From choosing a system to best fit my home (a big thank you to Russell on that!), scheduling and coordinating the installation and repairs (a big thank you to Ryder!), to installing the system, there's a reason why they continue to get five star reviews over and over. They are all the true definition of exceptional customer service and professionalism, and they all work so effectively and efficiently together as a team! And if all of that wasn't already over the top, they brought a couple of window units by so I'd at least have some cool air as we waited for the new system to arrive. Wow!
