Exceptional Customer Service!!
I have a home warranty, and until yesterday, I hadn't used it. Yesterday afternoon, my AC went out. I promptly called my home warranty and submitted a service request. I was automatically assigned a random AC company here. I read their reviews, and was dismayed because they were so terrible. This company advertised 24/7, and after I waited 5 hours in 80 degree heat inside my home, I called them twice and never could get them. Called my home warranty back, and they tried to call them. They did reach them, but the AC company was very rude to them. So the home warranty told me I could have my own company come out and they would reimburse me. Late last night, Mario from Southwest showed up. He was very prompt, cleanly dressed, professional, and very courteous. He discovered the problem quickly, and said a part would need to be ordered. He then entered in everything, and ensured it was well documented for me to submit to the home warranty company. He e-mailed me a PDF of my invoice on the spot, chatted for a few minutes, and went on his way. The customer service provided by Southwest is truly exceptional!!!
