Southwest Air Conditioning and Heating are not the HVAC professionals I normally go to but they were the only company who could come out on a Friday night. I was watching my brothers home and the air conditioning unit stopped working. Southwest came out and told me there was an oil leak. They charged $80 just to tell me the problem, I think the price was high and I would have been happier paying $50. I don't have any real complaints and my brother went with a different company to fix his unit. I would say the experience was just ok.
