I thought the $80 diagnostics fee was high. It took 2 minutes for him to see the problem. He also checked in side the unit and said coil needed to be cleaned. So for cleaning coils and unstopping condensation line 30 minute job was charged an additional $68.95. Making a total of $148.95. I would thought that since it didn't take the technician more then 5 minutes to locate the problem the diagnostic fee would have covered part of the cost.
