Preferred Plumbing and Drain did a pretty good job, but there was a lot of upselling in my opinion.They did some work in my Mom's house unclogging a drain. I actually work in the sewage department, so I know how that kind of thing goes. The guy who came out did a pretty good job and worked hard. There were just a couple things he had a hard time working out with the tools he had and I was wondering if he might have been stretching out the hours a little so he would have to come back and make a little more money. Everybody needs to make money, though. They're good workers and they got the job done. I would just say try to keep them in their time frame and let them know that if they go into overtime you'll call the job off.
