I had a decent experience with Preferred Plumbing & Drain. I had a plumbing problem that needed to be fixed. Preferred eventually got the problem fixed, but they took a long time. Since they charge per-hour or per-half hour, it seemed like they were dragging out the work longer so they could charge more. They did end up fixing the problem and the plumber was okay to work with. This was my first time using Preferred and I will probably try a different company in the future.
