So we've had a couple of plumbing issues since we moved to our new home and Preferred Plumbing and Drain was the first place we called. The first plumber they sent out was supposed to be there at a certain time, but I had no word from them an hour afterward. So I called them and they kind of said the same thing, and gave me another time, but I still heard nothing. I called once more and they finally said he was coming out. When he made it, he fixed everything no problem! We called them again recently, and the second guy did an initial fine job. However, he supposedly fixed my toilet, which was leaking, but a few days after the repair, there was still water coming from around the base of my toilet. It's not a huge issue and I'm not sure if it was directly his fault, but the problem isn't completely fixed. However, both workers were very professional, respectful, and honest! They did everything in a timely manner as well, but we just those couple of problems.
