Once again very pleased with the service provided by Thornton and Grooms. I have the basic protection plan for heating and cooling. They called me to schedule the heating maintenance appointment in September. Which to me is a big deal because I would forget until the last minute when its 40 degrees out and my furnace would of course have a problem. Not only that but they obviously aren't just out to take my money and hide until I remember to call them. Yusef was our tech. He was courteous and conscientious. From my experience so far it's clear Thornton & Grooms carefully selects individuals who enjoy their work and have terrific people skills and I very much appreciate it.
