cancelled twice
Had an appointment for Monday 5:30-7:30. At 4:30 Thornton and Grooms called to cancel because they had other "emergencies. I rescheduled for Wednesday 5:30-7:30. At 7 I called to confirm that someone was still coming to my house and I was told that they called me at 1pm and left me a message that they had to reschedule AGAIN because there was other " emergencies ". I had NO missed calls or messages from Thornton and Grooms! I will be finding another company to help me.
