Koshgarian Rug Cleaners, Inc. has great customer service. I was a little disappointed they were not able to get my upstairs rug as clean as they said they would. I needed some pet stains removed, and the gentleman said he could get all but two out. He actually left four stained areas. They were very nice people and were on time for the appointment. This was my first time using them; I chose them because they were recommended to me.
