We had a basement carpet cleaned before a family gathering over the weekend. Twenty four hours after the crew finished, the stairs were still quite wet. I called and explained the situation, the man on the phone gave me a satisfactory answer and some recommendations to speed the process. All fine, but a couple minutes later he called back and offered to bring a large commercial fan to the house to speed the process. It worked well, the carpet dried quickly and I am a happy customer.
