I have used Koshgarian Rug Cleaners, Inc. three times based on a recommendation from another. The guys are lovely and I really like them, that is important. The first time they cleaned the carpets, which is white, they did a good job. The second time they did the carpets the price was higher. This third time cleaning the carpets the stairs looked as though they have never been cleaned and they left the carpets really wet. When my husband came home from work, he didn't remove his shoes, and needless to say, I have those track marks on the carpet. I wish they had been more detail-oriented making sure everything is as dry as it could be when they left. The guys that do the work are great, but I think a better job could have been done. I am out of state now and calling them back is not reasonable for that reason.
