Koshgarian Rug Cleaners, Inc. recently came out and cleaned the carpet, along with sanitizing and fumigating my husband's office building. They worked in several rooms, and after they were done, my husband asked me to call them and let the company know that their techs did a great job. The guys were on time, respectful, and explained everything well. Their prices were also fair.
