Although this was my first time using Koshgarian Rug Cleaners, Inc. I have heard about them since they have been in the community for several years. I had them come out to shampoo four rugs for me. There were a lot of stains in the walkways that didn't come out. When I asked them about the stains they said to give it some time to dry and they would come back to reinspect it. They did come back and redid those areas which was a really nice touch. Some of the stains still didn't come out but I think that may be the quality of the carpeting (which is only three years old) and not as much to how they cleaned. Their work crew was prompt, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I have recommended them and will continue both using and recommending Koshgarian Rug Cleaners, Inc.
