Awful Experience

I hired Koshgarian Rug Cleaners for a carpet cleaning job and it was an awful experience. They left a huge mess and just left. They used my shower to dump all of the dirty water and just left it like that. When I got in touch with them to confront them about this issue, their response was very unsatisfactory. They said sorry and they could go back to clean up. It was already too late for that and inconvenient for me. But that was the only resolution they'd offer.

We also sent you a check for $140.00 for any expenses caused from our mistake. We are not sure what more we could do or have offered you. We hope you may give us another try in the future.
