The carpet cleaning turned out beautifully.

The only complaint was the surprise in the total cost. (over $250). The condo is 680 sq feet total and the living room and bedroom were the only two rooms cleaned. Happy I had a 20% off coupon which brought the total down.

We do understand the surprise with costs, typically if the technician recommends an extra treatment to enhance the cleaning itself it does add to the final cost.
