I have been happy with my service before but I decided to have my couch cleaner this week. The couch has 5 back pillows. Unfortunately, my husband was home instead of me at the time of the cleaning. They asked if we wanted the pillows cleaned and my husband thought it would be extra and said no. When I called the next day, I was told they would get back to me after they talked to the guys, I haven't heard anything back. They have my money so they don't have to finish the job. I said I would be willing to bring in the pillows but no call back.
