The lead cleaner did a good job. His assistant appeared to be in training and asked a lot of procedure question.

We were their last job and they ran out of water. Good thing we were able to access the outdoor water supply, which was often shut down for the winter. We appreciated the phone call that they were running late. The 12 to 2 winDow had them arriving at almost 3.
