The people at Spencer's Paving are good people. I have always had very positive experiences with them and have had no complaints. They're really good people to work with.

I believe we started working with the Spencer folks around 3-4 years ago, and we have used them multiple times since. Each of those years, we did a paving project with them. We had other contractors in years past and the results weren't always as positive, but then we found Spencer's Paving and ended up doing several projects with them. We seek people with talents based on our needs, and when we have a paving project, they turned out to be a good choice because they take a quality approach to solving the problem. For example, I'm the president of Alparon Community Park. We're the host of the Troy Fair Grounds, and we're also the community park for the Troy area. Over time, the blacktop was breaking up, and Spencer's made a proposal that would help us not only address and replace the blacktop, they would make repairs that would give it better life. We appreciated their expertise in their proposals to perform a quality repair.

I suggest that if people are out soliciting proposals and they want a good quality approach to solving blacktop issues, I would strongly suggest they consult with Spencer's Paving.
