I think that Mars Plumbing & Heating could have improved in that it's been over a week and they haven't been here to finish up. It's just a few minor things to finish up. There were a few spots that they didn't get. They didn't cover up the wire. They put in a pump over at the tank and it's not covered up. They didn't give us any instructions on what to do if the alarm goes off. It's minor little things. I got ahold of their girl and she said she'll get someone to call me, but they don't call. I've seen them make calls on the job and it doesn't seem to interrupt their work. However, they've been really good to help me out to meet the house inspector's needs. I'd highly recommend to someone who needed the plumbing. They were really good with assisting me and I couldn't have asked for better people to help me. Our system is working now, however, it's been almost three weeks since they put the main thing in. My yard's still torn up from everything and I still don't understand what they need to do to finish. They put in this blue box in the wall here and a bunch of wires with plastic caps on it and then they gave no information about if I can put the plasterboard back on the wall. I got no explanation on how alarm system worked or what the wires here are doing. Three weeks ago they said they were going to come back, but I'm still waiting. However, I think they're wonderful people and I would really really recommend them.
