We used Nowak Heating & Air Conditioning to replacd our furnace. They had the most experience, Paul just seemed confident and well-informed, and their bid wasn't the lowest, but after I talked to him, he was able to come down and make the most competitive bid.

We've only used the furnace a couple times because it's been plenty warm, but everything's great. The guy who did the work, Rich, was really helpful and did a great job.

We did need to drain some water from it, and the guy who was going to do the work was injured, so that still hasn't happened yet. So that's my only concern with their performance. Otherwise, things are good.

I would tell a potential customer: Talk to Paul, and you'll probably have the same experience I did.
