I'm very comfortable recommending Nowak Heating & Air Conditioning. I think the installer was very professional. He cared about explaining what he was doing and always made us feel important. He was also good about coming back to make sure everything worked to our satisfaction.

It's sort of off the cuff, but my husband is a Mechanical Engineer, and the Nowak representative made sure he was satisfied with everything. He explained what was going on with the bad areas. Some of them were very bad, but he was thorough with his explanations.

My sense is that he understood how to deliver to all different types of customers. My husband's the engineer, but I'm in IT, and he didn't exceed my level of comfort. He certainly worked hard, and we're very pleased.
