I called Drain Masters to resolve a leaky lower level shower on slab. They came out quickly to evaluate my problem and answered all of my questions. They suggested several fixes, their costs, and relative durability. DM gave me a fair price for the estimate and were able to come out early the next week to begin work. They texted and emailed me about thirty minutes before they arrived and they showed up when they said they were going to show up. Everyone from DM was professional and courteous and also took the time to answer all of my questions and explain what they were doing and why. DM completed their work quickly and resolved my leaky shower issue. I am completely satisfied with both the work and professionalism of DM and they are my new go to for any and all future plumbing issues.
