Through out the service industry the people who show up at your door are usually represents the bottom tier of a company's hierarchy. And yet, they are the ones who make the most impression for the company. In this case, your employees could not have done better. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. Worked smoothly together as a team and was very conservative of time spent accomplishing their task.
No time or material was expended excessively and the work completed with total satisfaction for the customer. There is no question for whom I will call for my future plumbing needs. They took care of your customer, hopefully, you are taking care of them.
