The guy was great, and I really appreciated being called for a reminder.
The first appointment no one showed up. I also received a text the day the guy came, and it had all this personal information about him. I don't think that is a good idea. For his sake. If he wants to tell me about himself he should do it in person. Privacy in this day and age is hard to come by. For the protection of the employees, don't do that.
