My garage drain was backing up into the garage. I called Drain Masters to make an appointment, and within 4 hours they arrived. I was really surprised of the in depth knowledge the technician (John) possessed. He was very professional and after troubleshooting the area he fixed the problem with professional equipment designed for that type of work. He also took measures to protect the carpet, and floors with the equipment and covering for his feet. Without hesitation I recommend Drain Masters to do the job! Also, the pricing is very reasonable.
