Man, since we moved in around June 2015, we've used everyone over at Service Professionals: Ron, Christian, James, Bill Cobb, Mike, Matt, Scott Bogda, Rich Cooper, Patrick, Javier, Vissia (who is always helpful over the phone when coordinating) just to name a few ! That's probably 75 percent of their roster !!! Basically we bought a beautiful home in Fanwood, but the house needed a lot of TLC in terms of the systems and appliances. Service Pros have probably spent more time than they care to admit at our place, but they are always top-notch, efficient, polite, and dependable. If a boiler or sewer replacement forces them to start at 7 a.m. and work through 10:30 p.m., they will do so in order to see a job through to its completion. They encountered old units galore, not to mention an original sewer line that was degrading and wearing down. But they always came prepared to work and treated me and my family well. I wouldn't spend (and finance !) the crazy amount we did in 9 months if I didn't feel the workers were of the highest caliber. Could it be slightly expensive? Maybe. But it's worth it, given their expertise and training. In particular, want to give a shout-out to Scott for spending many days and many hours at our place. He encountered a lot of difficulties but always found a way to plow through. Thanks, guys !
