I really enjoyed Mark, Justin, and Mike. They did a great job for a good price and were pleasant to work with. You should definitely use Cheetah Electric.

The office staff, on the other hand, were unprofessional and often seemed annoyed. They made mistakes in writing down my request. They answered the phone with a "how can I make your day great?" or something like that, so I told them what my problem was and they replied with, "How can I answer that unless you first tell me your name?" I'm happy to tell them my name, of course, it just seemed a snarky way to ask. There were a few other comments like that. Nothing blatantly rude, but a little snarky for sure.

Overall, I hate to give anything less than 5 stars, because these guys are great. They just need to pay their office staff better or hire new people or something.
