The short of it is the whole process took too long and the communication was poor. When we tried to get an initial estimate the guy was an hour late with no contact, and when we called the front office to see what the situation is they said we weren't even scheduled for an appointment. After we did get an estimate I called the guy with a question about it, but he did not pick up so I left a message. After two weeks with no contact I called again and left another message indicating I needed him to get back to me or we would find someone else to do the work. He finally got back to me. Then after I called the front office and indicated that we wanted to schedule an appointment they said someone would contact us in the next two weeks. After a month with no contact I called again and they said they had been busy but someone would get back to me next week. Two weeks after that I called again and said we would find someone else if we didn't get an appointment and what do you know they got back to us right away for the next available appointment. On the day of the appointment they were scheduled to arrive at 8:00 am. The guy called and said he was running a little late. He didn't show up until 10:20 am. When I called the office around 10 to see what the problem was, the woman seemed less than concerned. The workers were installing our fans for several hours but thought that one of their parts was broken so they did not finish the job until the next day. There were barely any apologies for the whole experience. I will not be returning to Cheetah Electric.
