My Guys Plumbing, Heating & Air has always done great work for me. This was not my first time using them, I have used them previously. I called the office and specifically asked to have the same technician come out this time as was here the last time because of how nice and efficient he was. They were able to assess my file quickly and they told me Eric had done my service the last time but it took quite some time for them to schedule a time frame for Eric to come to do this service. I wish they had a quicker way to schedule the appointments when you like a specific technician. Other than that I have not had any problems with them. Their pricing is very fair, they do not overcharge. This last visit I had Eric come out to work on a plumbing issue in the basement from the utility sink. The drain in the basement was clogged. Eric was able to clear it and left me a strainer for the utility sink. He had all the right tools for the job, he was quick and efficient, clean and tidy. He was prompt, polite and professional.
