She called at 3:00 and wanted same day service we came after hours. when she let me in I asked if she wanted me to come in and out that door as the door closer was loose and only had 2 out of 4 screws left hanging in . She commented it had happened last windy storm. I completed repairs on the toilet and the last 2 screws came out of the closer, I brought it in the house and told her I had 3 inch screws on my truck would she like me to install it . To my surprise She asked for it and said she wanted to do it.
