Called on January 3 to unclog our kitchen drain. The tech came out timely and was able to unclog but did not snake. Twelve weeks later and being gone for six of those, it was clogged again. This time a snake was used but clog remained. A chemical was then tried but still clogged. Finally snaking in a basement cleanout worked. During all that a leak developed in a joint of the PVC drain pipe leading to drywall tear-out and damaged carpet. All is now repaired.
