My experience with My Guys Plumbing, Heating and Air was excellent. Their professionalism, timeliness, and neat work was unlike anything I've seen before. My AC went out in the middle of the hottest time of the year last Memorial Day, so I called Jerry and he came out to assess the situation. He gave me the fairest circumstance I could possibly have. I had thought that I just needed a new compressor, but by the time he got through explaining everything, I understood that we needed both a new heater and a new compressor. He showed me all the safety mechanisms and it turned out we were losing carbon monoxide out of the heater! I look at him as kind of a guardian angel for that reason. It was so frightening to realize that something so small could potentially have turned into something so big. They sent out about four people to come fix it and it was great. They actually just came out again recently to do an annual checkup on our furnace and everything looked good. They were just the greatest bunch of guys, and I'm not just saying that. I would absolutely recommend them. I was comfortable from the time I met Jerry to the time they finished the job. They have my utmost respect.
