I have no problem with the technicians who come out and do the service. The issue I have is with the "front office". Scheduling for air conditioning check is a nightmare. I realize I have to wait until it is >65 degrees and no rain but somehow my needs are rarely met. I seem to always be the last on the list even though I have dealt with the company since I bought the house and I have a contract with them. I am an extremely busy person with family and work obligations with no one to let them in when I am not there. Previously there was a phone call to set up an appointment; but that does not happen anymore. I do not have the luxury of "playing it by ear"
