technician Matthew was timely, detailed, workman-like, spoke in clear and understandable terms and gave us options as to how the repair could be handled based on our circumstances. also the woman in the office was very helpful when paying for the repairs. she was understanding and worked with us so that the payment fit our situation. The situation was making repairs to a home being sold due to a family member dying. the whole experience gave my wife and I renewed confidence that true customer service still exists!
