Overcharged my dad
On 9/22 my dad called because his air conditioner was running non stop. He had been a customer for years and paid an annual fee (very expensive) for yearly maintenance. He is 87 and had recently had mini strokes. They said he agreed to the on call charge. As it turned out, it cost him $488.00 to have a thermostat installed. He couldn't even sign the check. He had a major stroke that day. They provided no receipt, saying they could email it. Of course he has no email. They sent him a receipt, after I called requesting it. Not itemized. we called again, and were told they do not provide itemized bills. We asked for a manger to call us back. We still not have had that call. I will never recommend such a company, that takes advantage of someone like this. Poor customer service to a long time customer.
