I visited this Kenwood auto body shop to get their professional opinion on my vehicle’s front bumper. A couple of days prior to my visit into the shop another driver backed his vehicle into mine, I took his information and decided to get estimates and the opinion of a professional in the field? I stopped at Kenwood Inc. on Woodfield Road Gaithersburg MD, no appointment, expectations. A simple inquiry. The District Manager Steve came out look at my vehicle and went back in the shop. To my surprise he returned with a bucket & equipment. He buffed the scratches out! I didn’t ask him to and he wouldn’t take any payment! He did an absolutely awesome job on the scratches. I could not see anything there at all! I mean superb customer service! Very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and took care of it for me! I was ready to pay him and the gentleman would not take my money! Now this was a very minor ordeal...like I said I went in to get an estimate & a professional opinion! I could not rave enough about this experience and the service rendered was done as a courtesy!! Wow! I was really impressed with the job he did but I was blown away by his kindness!!! Kenwood Auto Shop gets 5 stars in my book!!! Thanks Mr. District Manager! I will definitely rave about your business to everyone I come in contact with! God bless you and stay safe!
