Had my car towed to a location of theirs. Then had to have it re-towed to another location due to them not working on Tesla vehicles at the location. Something they don't mention at any point in their huge banner advertising that they work on Tesla on the website. Then, despite what their website says about working with "ALL" insurance companies, they rejected me anyway due to not wanting to work with my insurance company.
