Fix bumper after accident

Had to get bumper replaced because of someone backing into me... Hood was suppose to be adjusted but I can still feel the lump in it where it was not properly fixed.

You need to review the paperwork that we provided you. There were no repairs made to your hood because it was not related to the accident and your specific insurance claim.

We did however, re-align the hood for free at your request.

No physical repairs or paint work was performed on your hood. Claiming it was improperly repaired is a rather misleading statement. If you have any questions/concerns regarding the work we performed on your vehicle, please give Mike Shannon a call @ 301-330-1314.
