Not sure if I will be using Shannon in the future or not.

My experience with Shannon this time was not as well as last time we used them. The initial estimate date was set with an appointment and when we showed up on time we had to wait at least 30/45 minutes for an estimater. That put us late to start our day. Which was frustrating. Mr. Shannon was the one that finally came to do the estimate and he was very nice we just had to wait. After not hearing back from them for a couple of weeks I finally called to see if they were ready to get started and they were. But I expected a call from them not me having to call them. We had needed a loaner car from enterprise when the work got started. We did drop off 1 day early but enterprise did not have a reservation for that day or either the planned day. :( That caused us to be in enterprise for 1 hour. That was insane and my daughter was almost late for class. So again another disappointment. I am not sure who dropped the ball with that but I had expected Shannon to take care of that since at the beginning of this we told Shannon we needed a car. Once when the car was finally picked up the shop did do an excellent job. So that was nice. Just the few things in the beginning has left me not sure where I will be taking our cars if we are in need of a body shop again.

Thank you for your comments in customer lobby. We appreciate feed back from our customers; good or bad. We use this information to improve on our services we provide to our customers. First and foremost let me apologize that you did not receive the prompt service you should have been provided. I know that at around the time your vehicle arrived for the estimate we were very short handed and were in the process of hiring additional staff. Unfortunately for us this resulted in not providing our customers with the prompt service they have come to appreciate. At the same time, Enterprise was also going through a transition, which created loss appointments. We have both corrected these staffing and learning curve issues. We hope you will reconsider your decision not to use us again if the occasion happens to arise.
